Use re-fresh! daily in the shower. Spread a small amount of gel over wet skin, massage gently and rinse thoroughly.
After bathing, apply defend! over the body and massage until absorbed.
Apply de-sweat! to clean, dry skin in the intimate area. Use daily, before or after exercise, when chafing is more likely, and after shaving.
